Listing Price Under $350,000 = $2,000 paid at closing
Listing Price $350,000 - $700,000 = $3,500 paid at closing
Listing Price over $700,000 = $5,000 paid at closing
PLUS: Buyer Agent Commission = 2.5% paid at closing

PHOTOS/VIDEOS: Starting as low as $125 for photos and $150 for virtual tour, you then get our exclusive Rogues discount of 10%. Click on their logo for full pricing and stunning examples of photos/videos. Tip: Have your video open with a Drone shot. The pricing is great and it packs a punch.

OPEN HOUSE: While Open Houses don't statistically sell homes in Philly (less than 3%) and there are lots of "cons", we are here to serve. So, for just $200, we will advertise, cater, and staff an Open House whenever you want one. One upside, several third party listing sites boost property ads when there is an Open House.
